What’s Dakgalbi
Dakgalbi, also known as ChunCheon Spicy Stir-fried chicken, our customer could choose spicy or non-spicy flavour according to their preference.

Dakgalbi is prepared using marinated fresh boneless chicken drumstick meat added with twelve difference vegetables, artfully arranged and stir-fried in a flat iron pan with a special formulated sauce. Subsequently, top with a layer of cheese flakes and once the cheese is melt, a delicious Dakgalbi is ready to be served. You could eat it on its own or wrapped with lettuce and served as wraps.

Other than that, Dakgalbi could be fried with noodle or rice. Apart 1/3 portion of the Dakgalbi and to fry with Korean Q noodle, Korean Ramen, Korean glass noodle or seaweed seasoned rice. Once the noodle or rice is well mixed and cooked with the Dakgalbi then a mouth-watering, delicious fried noodle or rice is ready to serve. For the remaining portion, top with cheese flakes. At last, you could enjoys a delicious glass noodle or rice with a rich taste cheese Dakgalbi at the same time!

Cheese Dakgalbi is not only could consume it on its own, it could be fried with Korean Q noodle, Korean Ramen, Korean glass noodle, seaweed seasoned rice....become different varieties delicious cuisine. Seafood, premium beef, sausage, mushroom ball and others may also be added according to taste, our Dakgalbi have nine main menu.

●What’s Cotton Candy Soda Drinks
Soda drinks are beverages added with fresh edible CO2 (Carbon dioxide) through a soda drinks machine. It is very clean and safe for consumption. The machine injects CO2 into RO water using high pressures to produce a gassy soda water. The water is then added with juice, syrup, ice cream, coffee, tea and other toppings or ingredients become a refreshing soda drink.   


The soda drink is a perfect complement to Dakgalbi dishes - so it is natural that our company would like to introduce the drink to the Malaysian market. We can make it even more attractive by adding a freshly made cotton candy on top of the drinks.




Adding a cotton candy topping on the soda drink not only creates a creative visual but can also attract lots of customers. The customers can eat the candy on its own or mix it with the drink.
